Laminar flow transfer window is an auxiliary equipment of clean room, mainly used for the transfer of small items between clean areas and between clean areas and non-clean areas, so as to reduce the number of times the clean room door is opened and minimize the pollution of the clean room. Ultraviolet lamps are installed in the transfer window, and the items enter the clean area after being disinfected by ultraviolet rays. On the one hand, it acts as an airlock to prevent the high pressure in the high-level clean room from leaking. On the other hand, it achieves a self-cleaning effect during the transfer process to ensure the self-cleanliness of the items entering the clean area and reduce the cross contamination caused by the objects.

-Double-layer shell inside and outside, with arc treatment around the inside to ensure seamless connection.

-Laminar flow design is adopted, the airflow direction adopts the up-and-down mode, the bottom adopts 304 stainless steel cold-rolled plate punching design, and reinforcement ribs are set.

-Wind speed: After passing through the high-efficiency filter, the wind speed is controlled at 0.36-0.54m/s (tested 150mm below the high-efficiency air outlet equalizer).

-Pressure difference function: Display filter pressure difference (range high efficiency 0-500Pa), accuracy ±5Pa.

-Control function: fan start/stop button, equipped with built-in electronic door interlock; set ultraviolet lamp, design separate switch.

-Inspection port is set at the bottom of the transfer window for fan inspection.

-Noise: The noise level of the transfer window during normal operation is <65db.

-High-efficiency air flow equalizer: 304 stainless steel mesh is used.
