Friends who use dust particle counter for the first time will inevitably have many questions about the instrument's detection method. The most common question is "Where should I put the dust particle counter for testing? How to detect it?" Shenzhen Esky Purify will answer this question for you below. According to the provisions of the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GBJ73-84 "Cleanroom Design Specifications":When conducting cleanliness inspection on the cleanroom, the inspection point should be within the horizontal plane 1.00m away from the indoor floor;for the unidirectional flow type cleanroom, the total number of measuring points should be no less than 20 points, and the distance between measuring points is 0.5-2.0m. The horizontal unidirectional flow measurement points are only arranged in the working area of the first cleanroom;the non-unidirectional flow cleanroom is arranged with 5 measurement points according to the area of the cleanroom being less than or equal to 50?. During the test, for the unidirectional flow cleanroom, the sampling port of the particle counter should face the direction of the airflow;for the non-unidirectional flow cleanroom, the sampling port should be upward so that the airflow velocity at the sampling port is as close as possible to the airflow velocity in the room. At the same time, it should be noted that the sampling tube mouth must be clean, there must be no leakage at the connection, and the length of the sampling tube should be based on the allowable length of the instrument. If there is no regulation, it should not be greater than 1.5m. The sampling times for each sampling point shall not be less than 3 times, but the sampling times for each sampling point may be different. Under the stable operation conditions of the test instrument, each measurement data shall be recorded on the record sheet. For the detection of cleanrooms, we are mainly concerned with two particle sizes, namely 0.5um and 5um. If you need to test six particle size channels at the same time, you can also directly select:0.3, 0.5, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0, 10.0um for testing. After the test, record the test results on the table or use the data line to export the test data to form a report, and then print it out.
