To get the most out of your instrument, we've put together the following list of 7 tips to help you ensure that your DustTrak? aerosol monitor is always in tip-top shape and to help extend maintenance. and help extend the runtime between maintenance intervals.

Tip 1/ Manual

Be sure to follow the manual's Be sure to follow the instructions in the manual for using the DustTrak?aerosol monitor.

Tip 2/CLeaning and Calibration 

Return the instrument to the factory once a year for cleaning and calibration for optimal performance. Please note that TSIannual service includes in-house cleaning and calibration.

Tip 3/Zero Check 

Perform a zero check before each use. For continuous monitoring, consider using an auto-zero module during sampling to reset the zero point due to temperature, relative humidity, or aerosol deposition in the optical chamber (due to inertial/gravity). quot;>gravitydiffusive deposition) of any drift.

Tip 4/Impactors

Before each use, remember to Clean all DustTrak IIImpact Particle Sizers (PM1/PM4.5/PM4.5).
