It is fully compliant with ISO-14644-1 and is the best choice for verifying Class I and Class II clean rooms. This instrument can be used for clean room monitoring, process monitoring, and filter membrane testing.
The TSI 9110 Particle Counter can generate ISO14644-1 pass or fail reports. It can be used not only as a stand- alone particle counter, but also compatible with online particle monitoring systems such as FMS. It is calibrated using NIST-traceable PSL microspheres, recognized particle inspection standards, TSI advanced sifters, and condensation particle counters.
