On May 31st, Sinopharm's Wuhan Biological Products Research Institute (WBPRI) of China Biotechnology held a production start-up event for the second phase of its new inactivated vaccine expansion project in Wuhan, and also held a commendation event for its high-quality partners.

Wusheng Research Institute's New Crown Inactivated Vaccine Phase II Expansion Project, designed to have an annual capacity of 1 billion doses, was launched on March 5, and was completed and put into production in just 86 days, and is expected to realize the production and supply of 600 million doses of New Crown vaccine within this year after it is put into production. The Wusheng Research Institute's New Crown Vaccine Expansion Project is the company's key engineering project in 2021, which covers several sets of real-time particle monitoring systems for suspended particles and planktonic bacteria in the vaccine dispensing workshop and production area.

Epidemic is in the front, the responsibility is great, and the mission must be accomplished. With years of experience in designing and installing on-line particle monitoring systems in sterile pharmaceutical workshops, Esky Purify undertook the task of designing and installing real-time particle monitoring systems for suspended particles and planktonic bacteria in vaccine production workshops. New Crown vaccine production is a major event concerning the lives of people all over the country and even the world, vaccine production is different from other drug production, in the entire production process must be carried out under sterile conditions, so the design of the vaccine production workshop must meet the requirements of GMP, to avoid the production process due to the indoor air cleanliness does not meet the requirements of the production process, resulting in contamination, to prevent the entry of personnel and materials of different cleanliness workshop. To prevent cross contamination caused by the entry of personnel and materials from different cleanliness workshops, therefore, real-time suspended particle monitoring system must be installed in the pharmaceutical production and encapsulation areas, animal laboratories and other laboratory areas to ensure that the vaccine research and development, production and encapsulation stage of the aseptic control.

During the project process, in the face of the large volume of work, tight schedule, heavy task and many other adjustments, EVERGREEN purification project engineering department of the colleagues defied the difficulties and dangers, rise to the challenge, the project began to enter the combat phase, from the company procurement, project management personnel, software and hardware designers, construction personnel, and other departments of the full force, working overtime, day and night, to overcome the repeated epidemics lead to inconvenient transportation, harsh environment, construction, project requirements of high time constraints, and so on. Overcoming the difficulties in the process of the project, such as repeated epidemics, inconvenient transportation, harsh environment, high project requirements and time constraints, the project finally passed the functional inspection on May 28th.
