FFU (Fan Filter Unit)"filter unit with fan". It is usually installed at the air supply end of the clean room, and generally placed on the suspended keel frame.The upper part of the FFU is the fan module, and the lower part is the filter.According to the requirement of cleanliness, the filter can be applied with different grades of high-efficiency (HEPA) or ultra-high-efficiency (ULPA) filters, as well as chemical filters, to provide clean air for the clean room. FFFU chemical filters are generally installed upstream of the HEPA/ULPA filters in the FFU. Depending on the hazardous gases present in the cleanroom workspace, different types of chemical filters can be used for each chemical filter used in the FFU.
