The TDA-6D is ATI's newest aerosol generator, upgraded from the original 25KG to the current 15KG, also with the Laskin nozzle jet type can produce suspended particles of sub-micron and in concentrations of 10 to 100 micrograms per liter in air streams with flow rates ranging from 50 to 2,000 cubic feet per minute. All Laskin nozzle models feature durable stainless steel construction, large fill ports, individual nozzle controls, pressure control and 3'' standard cleanout fittings, and an optional adapter that allows suspended particles to be introduced into a positive pressure system, so no matter what your testing needs are, we have a model to meet your requirements.
The TDA-6D is the latest design in rugged, lightweight Laskin nozzle dust generators. The TDA-6D is a self-contained dust generator that requires only a suitable voltage supply to produce polydispersed sub-micron particles.
The TDA-6D is recommended for systems with flow rates of 2,000 cubic feet per minute or less and is ideal for workstations, negative pressure filtration units, biosafety cabinets, ceiling filtration templates, small or removable clean units, or HEPA filter units that are installed when a suitable supply of clean compressed air is not available.
