CBRN Mask Protection Evaluation Test System 8020M is used for CBRN mask fit inspection and performance evaluation. New CBRN masks have a high level of protection, but first of all, they must be fully fitted and worn correctly. If the protection factor of a mask is greater than 10,000, the actual protection factor may only reach 50 due to the inappropriate size or incorrect wearing. The 8020M provides quantitative detection of the fit factor of the mask when worn. The mask with the gas filter canister is tested in the normal operating configuration. After the user wears the equipped mask, he completes a series of actions imitating typical activities. The CBRN Mask Protection Evaluation Test System will derive a fit factor for each action and finally calculate a total fit factor. When the CBRN Mask Protection Evaluation Test System is used as part of your training program, it will ensure that the test personnel get the best protection through the equipped mask.  
Optional FitPlus™ fit testing software can be used for automated fit testing, test result data storage and report printing.
