Main purpose

As a pre-treatment device for gas chromatography and chromatograph-mass spectrometry systems. Applicable to environmental monitoring stations, indoor environments, third-party testing agencies, scientific research institutions, semiconductors, new energy, biomedicine and related enterprises for the collection and treatment of volatile organic compounds in gas samples. Working Principle

The sampling tank (Suma tank) is cleaned and evacuated to a vacuum state with the support of the automatic tank cleaning instrument; after being transported to the sampling site, it is sampled instantly or with a constant current sampling device for constant current sampling; a qualified gas bag is used to collect fixed pollution source gas and dilute it with a high-precision static diluter to obtain the required qualified sample; the sample is automatically transferred to the pre-concentrator under the automatic sampler; the three-stage cold trap of the pre-concentrator can effectively eliminate the interference of CO2, O2, H2O, N2, etc. in the air, and then concentrate and focus the process after impurities are removed, and the qualified target volatile organic compounds to be tested are obtained to the greatest extent, and automatically transferred to the gas chromatograph or gas chromatography-mass spectrometer for analysis to obtain the results. ★Before analyzing the sample, the pre-concentrator needs a high-precision static dilutor to dilute the high-concentration standard gas into a low-concentration standard gas to make a standard curve for analysis.

Technical performance and requirements

1Preconcentrator - Deep Refrigeration Edition The system complies with the HJ759-2015, HJ1078-2019 standard methods, the "2019 Monitoring Program for Volatile Organic Compounds in Ambient Air of Cities at or Above the Prefecture Level" and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) TO-15, and other relevant requirements for sample collection, pre-analysis treatment and standard sample preparation. It can be well applied to the detection of volatile organic compounds in the atmosphere and sulfur-containing organic compounds in the exhaust gas of stationary pollution sources. The preconcentrator - electronic refrigeration version system complies with the HJ759-2023 standard analysis method.  

2  The sampling tank (Suma tank) is cleaned and evacuated to a vacuum state with the support of the automatic tank cleaning instrument; the diluter has the functions of standard gas and internal standard preparation, sample dilution, etc.; the pre-concentrator can concentrate and inject gas samples collected from the sampling tank or air bag. The gas sample can effectively eliminate the interference of CO2, O2, H2O, N2, etc. in the air during the pre-concentration process.
