1 Multi-stage dilution
The maximum dilution ratio can reach 10000 times, which meets the analysis requirements of gas samples.
2 Save standard gas
The dilution of high-concentration standard gas can be achieved by directly filling a certain pressure of dilution gas and standard gas into the tank. The required pressure of standard gas (or dilution gas) is filled as much as required, which will not cause additional waste. The filling amount of dilution gas and standard gas is automatically calculated by the software.
3 Self-calibration
Users can calibrate the pressure sensor and flow rate by themselves, and can restore the factory settings.
4 High degree of automation
①Automatically detect the initial pressure of the sample tank and have the function of sample pressurization, which can pressurize the sample tank after sampling to positive pressure; ②Automatically calculate the actual dilution factor and calculate the ratio, control the flow rate and flow rate, and can pressurize and dilute with a fixed dilution factor, which is easy to operate. ③Record process data, report printing can support quality control.
5 High-precision dilution instrument with six channels as standard
The standard gas circuit is located on the right side of the instrument, and it is convenient and quick to replace the standard gas bottle; the sampling tank and purge gas are located on the left side of the gas circuit, which is used for standard dilution and secondary dilution.
6 Good compatibility and powerful functions
Can be paired with imported or domestic sampling cans for dilution; TP/ICP communication mode, more flexible connection, more stable communication, effectively avoiding the communication interruption ("dropping") phenomenon that may occur in USB to serial port.
7 Gas stability
The gas pipeline has a heating function, and the software interface displays the heating temperature to ensure the stability of gas dilution.
8 Tablet computer
The instrument panel is equipped with a Microsoft 10.5-inch touch tablet computer, which can be moved to monitor errors.
*USEPA TO-15A requires that the dilution gas should be humidified to about 40%~50% relative humidity. Humidity helps high-boiling VOCs transfer from the mixing area to the sampling can or directly to the pre-concentrator.
