The Six-Nozzle Atomizer 9306 is designed to generate polydisperse aerosols with high seed particle concentrations for PIV and LDV measurements. The system features a built-in pressure regulator and pressure gauge, as well as a stand-alone dilution system. External control allows you to choose from six particle generating atomizing jets, each producing particle concentrations greater than 107 particles per cubic centimeter at 6.5 L/min (nominal at 25 psig pressure), allowing particle number concentration and total particle output to be adjusted. The system can be used to generate particles from virtually any liquid, even solid particles from solutions or suspensions. Precise control of dilution air flow enables further control over output concentration and aids in drying solid particles generated from a solution
