The TSI SureFlow? Model 8682 Adaptive Compensating Controller is an excellent laboratory pressure controller designed to keep more air out of the laboratory than is supplied. Negative pressure equalization helps ensure that chemical vapors do not spread outside the laboratory and meets the requirements of NFPA 45-2000 and ANSI Z9.5-2003 standards.
The SureFlow Model 8682 also controls the temperature of the laboratory space by adjusting the heating and air intake. Room pressure sensors can be connected to the SureFlow Model 8682 controller as needed to correct for long-term changes in building dynamics.
The Model 8682 is easy to integrate with a building management system using alarm relays or digital communications, and the Model 8682 supports the open MODBUS protocol.
