The requirements of the 2010 version of the new GMP for particle counters:To confirm the level of the Class A clean area, the sampling volume of each sampling point shall not be less than 1 cubic meter (28.3L). The level of air suspended particles in the Class A clean area is ISO 4.8, with suspended particles of ≥5.0μm as the limit standard. For the cleanliness of other levels of clean rooms, a counter of not less than 2.83L/min should be used.
