TSI Planktonic Bacteria Sampler Sampling Workflow
The Planktonic Bacteria Sampler is a highly efficient porous suction sampler, which is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, food industry, hospitals, public places and other related industries and departments.
What are the preparations before the floating bacteria sampler starts sampling?
1. The temperature and humidity of the tested operating room (clean room) must meet the specified requirements;the static pressure difference, ventilation times and air flow rate must be controlled within the specified values.
2. The unidirectional flow test should be started after the purification air conditioning system has been operating normally for no less than 10 minutes;the non-unidirectional flow test should be started after no less than 30 minutes.
3. During the static test, there should be no more than 2 people in the room. When sampling, the tester should be on the downwind side of the sampling port.
4. The tester should follow the aseptic operation procedures. Take all measures to prevent contamination of the sampling port and other human contamination of the sample.
5. The tester must wear clean clothes that meet the cleanliness level.
6. Before the floating bacteria test, the operating room (clean room) to be tested has been disinfected.
Sampling steps of floating bacteria sampler
1. Prepare a culture dish in a clean room with a platform (XX clean room, XX measuring point). Before operation, wipe the platform with medical absorbent cotton soaked in 75% ethanol. The tester's hands are strictly disinfected in the same way. During the preparation process, carefully check the quality of the culture medium plate again. If it is deteriorated, damaged or contaminated, it cannot be used.
2. Wipe the sampling port, sampling tube, sampler cover, turntable and inner and outer surfaces of the cover of the sampler with medical absorbent cotton soaked in 75% ethanol.
3. After the sampler is disinfected, do not put it into the culture dish. Start the instrument to run idle for no less than 5 minutes to evaporate the residual disinfectant in the instrument.
4. Set the sampling volume according to the cleanliness level of the operating room. The flow rate of the sampler (L/min) X sampling time (min) = sampling volume (L)
5. Put it into the culture dish, cover it and adjust the height of the gap of the sampler. During sampling, the culture dish should be handled with care, and the outer diameter of the culture dish should be grasped with five fingers to avoid human contamination of the sample.
6. Arrangement and number of sampling points.
