There are many types of pressure instruments used in production and laboratories. Pressure instruments can be classified from different perspectives. TSI's 5815 and 5825 differential pressure gauges make HVAC pressure testing easier. These rugged instruments can measure air velocity in the duct using a pitot tube. The 5815 handheld digital differential pressure gauge is easy to operate and can quickly and accurately measure differential pressure and static pressure. The high-performance 5825 can also calculate air volume and has automatic data recording function.
Features and Benefits (5815/5825):
Can use Pitot tube to measure duct velocity
Various pressure units:H2O/Pa/hPa/kPa/mmHg
Additional functions of model 5825:
Calculate air volume
Can store up to 12,700 data and 100 data groups
Includes a set of LogDat2 data download software
Test purpose:To ensure that the pressure difference of all systems and rooms in the factory meets the design requirements.
Test conditions:① All air conditioning systems, exhaust systems and all process exhausts have been operated as required;② All valves on the air ducts and process exhaust have been checked and ensured to be all open or can be effectively controlled;③ The automatic control system has been debugged and put into use;④ The exhaust fan unit has been tested for total system air volume and has met the requirements;⑤ The air volume balance of the air outlets in each room of the system has been completed and meets the design requirements;⑥ Ensure that the medium-efficiency filter installed on the exhaust port is within the final resistance range;
⑦ Ensure that all rooms are well sealed, the sweeping strips on the doors have been installed as required, and all perforations and other holes have been sealed;
⑧ The documents required for the test have been fully prepared.
Test method: Close the room door and use a micro-differential pressure gauge to measure the pressure difference between the room door and the adjacent room. According to the "Pharmaceutical Industry Cleanroom Design Code" (GB50457-2008), the pressure difference between cleanrooms of different grades and between clean areas and non-clean areas should not be less than 5Pa;the pressure difference between the clean area and the outdoors should not be less than 10Pa.
