10,000-level cleanroom standard (defined by the number of dust particles and microorganisms):
Allowable number of dust particles (per cubic meter):
The number of particles larger than or equal to 0.5 microns shall not exceed 350,000, and the number of particles larger than or equal to 5 microns shall not exceed 2,000;
Allowable number of microorganisms:
The number of floating bacteria shall not exceed 100 per cubic meter;
The number of settling bacteria shall not exceed 3 per culture dish;
Introduce the relevant 10,000-class cleanroom testing standards, 100-class cleanroom testing standards, 1,000-class cleanroom testing standards, and 100,000-class cleanroom testing standards.
The 10,000-class cleanroom testing standards mainly include:
1. Air flow velocity and uniformity detection. This test is the premise of other tests on the cleanroom effect. The purpose of this test is to clarify the average air flow and uniformity of the working area of the unidirectional cleanroom;
2. System or room air volume detection;
3. Indoor cleanliness detection. The purpose of cleanliness detection is to determine the air cleanliness level that can be achieved in the clean environment. A particle counter can be used for detection;
4. Detection of self-cleaning time. By determining the self-cleaning time, the ability of the cleanroom to restore its original cleanliness when contamination occurs inside can be found out;
5. Airflow pattern detection;
6. Noise detection;
7. Illumination detection. The purpose of illumination detection is to determine the illumination level and uniformity of the cleanroom.
8. Vibration detection. The purpose of vibration detection is to determine the vibration amplitude of each surface of the cleanroom.
9. Temperature and humidity detection. The purpose of temperature and humidity detection is to adjust the temperature and humidity to a certain limit. Its contents include detecting the supply air temperature of the cleanroom, detecting the air temperature of representative measuring points, detecting the air temperature of the center of the cleanroom, detecting the air temperature at the sensitive element, detecting the relative temperature of the indoor air, and detecting the return air temperature;
10. Detection of total air volume and fresh air volume.
