Anemometers, also known as anemometers, are instruments for measuring air velocity. They can be widely used in various fields, such as electricity, steel, petrochemical, energy conservation and other industries. In daily life, many industries need to use anemometers, such as fan manufacturing, fishing, exhaust heating systems, etc., all need to use anemometers to measure wind speed, wind temperature and air volume to ensure normal operation.
1. Precautions for using anemometer:
1. Do not drop or apply heavy pressure to the anemometer. Otherwise, it will cause malfunction or damage to the anemometer;
2. Do not touch the sensor part of the probe when the anemometer is powered. Otherwise, it will affect the measurement results or cause damage to the internal circuit of the anemometer;
3. Do not wipe the anemometer with volatile liquids. Otherwise, it may cause the anemometer housing to deform and discolor. When there are stains on the surface of the anemometer, it can be wiped with soft fabric and neutral detergent;
4. Do not touch the sensor part inside the probe;
5. Do not place the anemometer in a place with high temperature, high humidity, dust and direct sunlight. Otherwise, it will cause damage to the internal components or deterioration of the anemometer performance;
6. Do not expose the probe and anemometer body to rain. Otherwise, there may be danger of electric shock, fire and personal injury;
7. It is forbidden to use the anemometer in a flammable gas environment;
8. When the anemometer is not used for a long time, please remove the internal battery. Otherwise, the battery may leak and cause damage to the anemometer;
9. During use, if the anemometer emits abnormal odor, sound or smoke, or liquid flows into the anemometer, please turn off the power immediately and remove the battery. Otherwise, there will be danger of electric shock, fire and damage to the anemometer;
10. Do not disassemble or modify the anemometer. Otherwise, it may cause electric shock or fire;
11. Please use the anemometer correctly according to the requirements of the instruction manual. Improper use may cause electric shock, fire and damage to the sensor.
12. It is forbidden to place the anemometer probe in flammable gas. Otherwise, it may cause fire or even explosion.
2. Classification of anemometers
According to the principle:thermal anemometer, impeller anemometer, pitot tube anemometer, three-cup anemometer, windmill anemometer, ultrasonic anemometer, etc.
According to the shape of the probe:directional anemometer, non-directional anemometer.
According to the test range and test parameters:normal, medium and high temperature anemometer, micro anemometer, multi-parameter environmental tester, etc.
3. Application fields of anemometer products
It can measure wind speed and air temperature. This anemometer can be used in indoor air quality/industrial health environment, environmental testing in pipelines, performance debugging of HVAC equipment and other fields.
