A micro differential pressure gauge is a pressure gauge that measures tiny pressure, negative pressure or differential pressure. This type of instrument has high sensitivity and accuracy, generally accurate to 0.1mmHg, and the American TSI can even reach 0.1pa, 0.001mmHg. TSI 5815 and 5825 micro differential pressure gauges make your HVAC pressure test easier. Digital micro manometer (intelligent pressure air volume meter) is a highly stable and multifunctional measuring instrument, suitable for measuring positive pressure, negative pressure and differential pressure of gas in the range of -3735~+3735pa. It is an ideal instrument for various environmental monitoring stations, laboratories, medical and health, building air conditioning and heating, ventilation, clean room testing or pressure calibration. It can measure the wind speed and air volume in the air duct when equipped with a pitot tube.
Safety Precautions:
1. Before use, check the appearance of the micromanometer and power on to check that its display function should be normal.
2. After 15 minutes of power on, the screen displays numbers jumping around and being unstable, indicating that the battery of the micromanometer is low and the battery should be replaced.
3. The micromanometer should be preheated for 15 minutes after it is turned on. Measurement can only be performed after the preheating time is reached, otherwise the measurement results will be affected.
4. It should be kept away from places with vibration and strong magnetic fields, and try to avoid using it in places where the ambient temperature changes drastically.
5. When measuring, avoid squeezing the latex tube so that the air pressure can be transmitted normally to the sensor in the micromanometer.
6. The maximum measurement pressure of the micromanometer is 3735Pa. The pressure value during measurement must not be greater than this value to avoid overload and damage to the instrument.
Operation steps:
1. Turn on the instrument and the display screen will show.
2. After power on, the micromanometer should be preheated for 5~15 minutes before measurement, otherwise the measurement reading will be inaccurate. After preheating for 5~15 minutes, the numbers on the screen jump randomly, indicating that the battery is low and the battery should be replaced. If the displayed numbers are stable after preheating for 5~15 minutes, you can start measurement.
3. Use one end of the two latex tubes to connect the negative pressure nozzle on the left and the positive pressure nozzle on the right of the top of the micromanometer. Place the other end of the latex tube on the positive pressure nozzle at the measured part;place the other end of the latex tube on the negative pressure nozzle at the normal pressure part.
4. Observe the displayed value on the micromanometer screen, read and record the value after it stabilizes.
