As we all know, the dust particle counter is a special clean room detection equipment, which is developed from a microscope, and has gone through the process of microscope, sedimentation tube, sedimentation instrument, centrifugal sedimentation instrument, particle counter, laser particle counter, and nano-laser air particle counter. Among them, the laser air particle counter has many advantages such as fast detection speed, wide dynamic distribution, and no human influence, and has become the equipment of many industries for many years. The light from the light source is focused by the lens group into the measurement cavity. When each particle in the air passes through the measurement cavity quickly, it will scatter the incident light once to form a light pulse signal. This light signal is sent to the light detector through the lens group 2, and is proportionally converted into an electrical pulse signal. Then, it is amplified and identified by the electronic circuit of the instrument, and the required signal is picked out and displayed through the counting system. It is inevitable that problems will occur during the use of the instrument. How to ensure the normal use of the dust particle counter?
1. It is forbidden to extract gases containing oil, corrosive substances, and do not measure mixed gases that may react (such as hydrogen and oxygen). These gases may also explode in the counter. If you measure these gases, you need to contact the manufacturer to obtain more information before operating;2. Do not sample compressed air without high-pressure pressure relief equipment (such as high-pressure diffuser). All counters are designed to operate under one atmospheric pressure. The working position and sampling port of the instrument should be under the same air pressure and the same temperature and humidity environment to ensure the normal operation of the instrument;3. When sampling, avoid sampling the gas contaminated by the gas discharged from the counter itself;4. When connecting an external printer or connecting an external temperature and humidity sensor, you must turn off the counter first;when performing the printing operation, there must be printing paper on the printer, otherwise the print head will be damaged;5. When transporting, it should be handled with care to avoid vibration and impact. Especially for desktop particle counters, be more careful to avoid damaging the internal components;
6. Do not start the dust particle counter when the inlet pipe is covered or blocked;
7. It should be used in a clean environment to prevent damage to the laser sensor;
8. Aqueous solutions or other liquids cannot enter the sensor from the inlet pipe;
9. The dust particle counter is mainly used to test the clean environment of the purification workshop. When the measured place has loose particle materials, dust sources, and sprays, it must be kept at least twelve inches away from the inlet pipe. To prevent the above particles and liquids from contaminating the sensor and pipeline.
