The dust detector can, to a certain extent, accurately measure the measurement range of inhalable dust and confirm whether the dust content in the environment we want to detect exceeds the standard. What should we pay attention to when operating a dust detector?
First of all, we should know in which place it is used, whether it is total dust (also called total dust, or TSP) or inhalable particles (also called respirable dust, or PM10) and fine particles (PM2.5). Among them, most of the dust involved in the dust monitoring projects required by the Work Safety Supervision and Administration Bureau is total dust;most of the dust involved in job occupational health is PM10 and PM2.5.
The hazards of dust can be summarized into three categories:hazards to human health, impact on production and impact on the environment. Whether it is for personal health or social development, the hazards caused by dust pollution cannot be underestimated. Therefore, strengthening the prevention and control of dust pollution is an important issue we are facing now, which puts the dust detector in an important position. So, as the country pays more attention to and manages dust pollution, how can we purchase and use dust detectors in a more standardized way?
The following are some precautions when using dust detectors:
(1) The instrument is prohibited from being used in an environment with high dust concentration, an environment containing moisture, oil and corrosive substances, and a high temperature environment.
(2) It should work under the condition that there is no pressure difference or temperature difference between the sampling port and the working position of the instrument.
(3) The power plug must be in reliable contact.
(4) Avoid vibration and impact when moving the instrument.
(5) This instrument is not suitable for explosion-proof occasions.
There will be a flow ratio from the size of the static charge and the dust particles, and the high-efficiency electronic circuit of the system will convert this part of the charge into a control signal output, and then start the explosion of the dust exceeding the standard emission, and it will also be used to continue to record the total amount of dust particles. The best sensor is to hit the vertical pipe, at a certain height from the valve, and when sampling is required in the horizontal pipe, it cannot be installed at the bottom.
