
TSI's Advanced Neutralizer Model 3088 Neutralizer provides an alternative instrument to traditional radioactive aerosol neutralizers. Due to increasingly stringent local and national regulations, obtaining licenses and using radioactive sources is often difficult and, in some cases, prohibited. Fully compliant with U.S. FDA standards, the CDRH, Model 3088 (U.S. Patent 7796727) offers an attractive alternative with virtually the same neutralization capability as a radioactive neutralizer.

This new aerosol neutralizer is specifically designed to interface with TSI's new Electrostatic Classifier Model 3082. Like its predecessor, the Model 3087, it can be applied in the radiological neutralizer traditionally used. Since the Model 3088 can be easily opened, there are no transportation constraints making it a good choice for mobile research, field studies, and other applications where an aerosol neutralizer would be needed.
