The Vibrating Orifice Monodisperse Aerosol Generator* 3450 (VOAG) is a highly accurate source of monodisperse particles in the 1 to 200 μm size range (with initial droplet diameters measuring 20 to 400 μm). This unique aerosol generator forms solid or liquid particles of uniform size, shape, density, and surface properties using a wide range of solutes and solvents.

VOAG produces uniform particles by controlling the breakup of a liquid jet. It uses a constant flow syringe pump to deliver a constant amount of liquid. A standard orifice is included for producing small particle sizes; orifices for producing larger particle sizes are available separately.
