The Vibrating Orifice Monodisperse Aerosol Generator* 3450 (VOAG) is a highly accurate source of monodisperse particles in the 1 to 200 μm particle size range (initial droplet diameter measurements 20 to 400 μm). This unique aerosol generator uses a variety of solutes and solvents to form solid or liquid particles with uniform size, shape, density and surface properties.

VOAG produces uniform particles by controlling the breakup of the liquid jet. It utilizes a constant flow syringe pump to deliver a constant amount of liquid. Standard orifices are included for small particle sizes; orifices for large particle sizes are available separately.
