For real-time monitoring of water production and online cleaning verification

The goal of the Sievers 500 RL Online TOC Analyzer is to bring science-based risk management capabilities to the production floor. The Sievers laboratory TOC analysis method is integrated into an online analyzer, providing the same high-level analytical capabilities as laboratory-based analyzers, with real-time monitoring without delay. Therefore, the 500 RL supports pharmaceutical industry quality management regulations such as process analytical technology (PAT) and online cleaning validation (CV).

Easy to operate

The 500 RL, like other Sievers TOC analyzers, has many high-efficiency and easy-to-use features, including 12-month calibration stability, color touch screen, on-screen consumable status indication, USB port, and minimal maintenance (a few hours a year). With a wide measurement range from 0.03 ppb to 2500 ppb, the 500 RL can also measure USP<645> conductivity. Optional Sievers DataGuard 500 software facilitates compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 requirements

The 500 RL is available in three main configurations, depending on the type of integrated in-line sampling system (iOS) provided, and each configuration can be upgraded with various options:

The new Super iOS (Integrated Online Sampling System) is a revolutionary four-port system that fully automates system protocols such as system suitability, validation and calibration, and transmits critical standard data directly to the analyzer for secure data management. This significantly reduces operator time, risk and cost. The Super iOS can also perform single standard or single bottled water measurements just like the standard iOS.

Technology

The 500 RL On-line TOC Analyzer uses patented Sievers membrane conductivity technology, eliminating the "false positive" and "false negative" readings that are prone to other technologies. In addition, Sievers' technology ensures accurate recovery of all types of organic compounds commonly found in ultrapure water (UPW).
