Total Organic Carbon (Total Organic Carbon, abbreviated as TOC), TOC analyzer that is, the total organic carbon analyzer. TOC analyzer is a comprehensive indicator of the total amount of organic matter in a water body expressed in terms of carbon content.TOC can be used very directly to express the total amount of organic matter. Thus, it is used as an important reference indicator to evaluate the degree of organic pollution in the water body.

The basic principle of TOC is: first oxidize the carbon of organic matter in the water into carbon dioxide, eliminate the interfering factors measured by the carbon dioxide detector, and then by the data processing to convert the carbon dioxide gas content into organic matter in the water. The carbon dioxide gas content is converted into the concentration of organic matter in the water. After continuous research and experiments, TOC detection methods from the traditional complex technology gradually become convenient and accurate.

In these applications, TOC analysis needs to meet the requirements of the TOC analysis. TOC analysis needs to satisfy USP<643> and EP 2.2.44, conductivity measurements need to meet USP<645>.

The ANATEL TOC600 analyzer combines a rugged, all-metal design with patented stop-flow oxidation technology.

This method completely oxidizes the water sample to be tested enclosed in the oxidation chamber and is fully compliant with USP<643> and EP 2.2.44.

ANATEL TOC600 analyzer's wide dynamic range allows monitoring of TOC levels in a wide variety of water systems.

With the standalone, portable CSV module, we can easily validate, calibrate, and adapt the TOC600 analyzer to the system.


ANATEL TOC600 analyzers can be calibrated using a multi-point calibration method that provides accurate calibration curves.



CSV is a stand-alone module that can be used by multiple analyzers and significantly reduces the amount of standard reagents used, resulting in a lower cost of ownership for the user.

Each ANATEL TOC600 analyzer can be operated using remote control inputs.
