The next generation of GE's flagship line of TOC analyzers. Available with a conductivity testing option, the M9 portable TOC analyzer can be placed at any water point in a water system for real-time testing.
The Sievers M9 Portable Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer is the most versatile model in the M9 series, and is adaptable to a variety of applications or methods of use. Lightweight at 9.4 kg (20.8 lb) and compact in design, it is a powerful troubleshooting tool that can be installed online for continuous monitoring or taken to any point in the water system for testing.
The M9 Portable TOC Analyzer is easy to use and economical to run, with the ability to test a single sample or multiple samples with an autosampler, and can be installed online for continuous TOC monitoring.

Technical data
Complies with Japanese Pharmacopoeia 16 (JP16) and other global pharmacopoeias.
The Sievers M9 Series and Sievers 500 RL Series are equipped with integrated firmware and software to meet the requirements of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia 16 (JP16), JP<2.59> for TOC testing, and JP<2.51> for conductivity testing of purified water (PW) and water for injection (WFI). The compounds and calculations used for calibration and system suitability testing specified in the TOC standard differ from those specified in USP and EP.
Sievers M9 and 500 RL series TOC analyzers support all other global pharmacopoeias including the United States Pharmacopeia (USP), European Pharmacopeia (EP), Chinese Pharmacopeia (CP) and Indian Pharmacopeia (IP).
Specialized TOC Detection Technology
With an analytical range of 0.03ppb to 50ppm, the M9 Laboratory TOC Analyzer meets and exceeds the requirements of the current Global Pharmacopoeia by using the UV/Persulfate oxidation method and the special thin film conductivity detection technology that provides unparalleled detection accuracy and precision. It is ideal for routine TOC testing of laboratory samples, as well as for analyzing a wide range of sample matrices and concentrations in test laboratories.
